It's that time of year again! The festive period is fast approaching, and while it may sneak up on us every year, this year's Christmas shopping may be a little different for all of us.
2020 has been a year unlike any before so it shouldn't come as a surprise that Christmas is going to look a little different this year too. It's been a crazy and challenging year so far and we are expecting and preparing for these last two months of the year to be just as, if not more, crazy.
Wild Earth and all the staff here have been working tirelessly to ensure everything is running as smoothly as possible for our customers and we're looking forward to an exciting Christmas period.

With Covid-19 still impacting communities around Australia, and limited stock levels of many favourite Christmas gift items prior to December, many people are getting in early to finish their Christmas shopping.
In fact, almost half of Australian shoppers plan to finish their Christmas shopping in October and November.
Over the course of this year, supply networks have been stretched thin across the whole retail sector, stock levels are likely to be lower over the whole industry, meaning it may be more difficult to find that perfect present at the last minute. This year, it may be as important as ever to shop early and get in quick to ensure you have ample opportunity to prepare before it's too late. While we will always aim to bring you the best service and widest range of gear, this year is proving to be a huge challenge for businesses around Australia (and the World) and we are anticipating having limited stocks of some of our best selling items. Add to that potential delays in shipping services and restocking shipments over the Christmas period and finding that perfect gift in time could become quite a challenge.
Although we are aware of these potential outcomes and are preparing accordingly, (we are stocking up as much as possible now to avoid any shortages over Christmas) it is impossible to predict what exactly will happen and we are hoping that everything will be as normal as possible and run smoothly. However, as a customer, you can give yourself the best chance of receiving the product you want in time for the big day by doing your Christmas shopping as early as possible.
