At Wild Earth, we strive to offer the best value for outdoor enthusiasts. If you find an identical product at a lower advertised price from a competitor, we’ll match it—subject to the following conditions:

Price Match Conditions

• Identical Product – The item must be the same brand, model, color, season, and size.
• In-Stock & Available – The competitor must have the product in stock at a physical retail store in Australia, ready for immediate purchase. Discontinued and promotional items are excluded.
• Physical Retail Store Requirement – The competitor must have a physical retail store in Australia. Online-only businesses are not eligible, as they do not provide the same level of expert advice, in-store fitting services, warranty support, lifetime access to spare parts, and ongoing customer assistance that Wild Earth offers.
• Price Verification – The competitor’s price must be verifiable and include all associated costs, such as GST, delivery charges, and any bonus offers.
• Registered Australian Business – The competitor must be a registered Australian business with an ABN and be GST-registered.

Exclusions

• AfterPay & Zip Pay – Not available for price match orders.
• Electronics – Price match does not apply to electronic products.
• Clearance & Restricted Brands – Clearance items and Arc'teryx products are not eligible.
• Manufacturers – We do not match manufacturer pricing.
• Discount Codes – Cannot be applied to price-matched products.
• Non-Retroactive – Price matching applies to new sales only and cannot be used for refunds or backdated transactions.
