Warranty Guidelines and Process

At Wild Earth, we make the warranty process as straightforward as possible. If your item develops a fault, simply submit a warranty claim using the form below. Our team will review your claim, assess eligibility, and coordinate with the manufacturer for a final decision. Processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier.

To lodge a warranty claim, you will need your Wild Earth proof of purchase (order number or receipt) so we can verify the product and purchase date.

In some cases, you may be responsible for the cost of sending the item to Wild Earth or the supplier for assessment, and for return shipping if the claim is not approved.

This warranty process operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in certain circumstances, independent of any manufacturer’s warranty.

Learn more about the full process below.

1. Determining Eligibility

To determine if your item is eligible for a warranty claim, please carefully review and complete the form provided below.

Please note that the extent of warranty coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer of the product. While Wild Earth will assist in initiating the claim process, the final decision on which faults and failures are covered lies with the manufacturer, and therefore, outcomes cannot be guaranteed by Wild Earth.

2. What Is Not Covered

Please be aware that damages resulting from the below are typically not covered under warranty claims:

  • Improper use or care
  • Accidents, modifications, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Deterioration or fading of natural materials due to age, usage, or environmental factors

As with all extreme sports, equipment can suffer damage as a direct result of participation; such damage may not be covered under warranty.

Wild Earth strives to handle all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer; however, in some instances, costs may incur.

3. The Warranty Process

Once you have submitted the form:

  • Wild Earth will confirm receipt of your warranty request within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Following an initial assessment, your claim will be sent to the manufacturer/supplier for evaluation and decision.

It is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement that any product needing to be returned* for evaluation must be in clean and dry condition.

Items not meeting this requirement may be returned to the address provided on the warranty form.

4. Outcome

Wild Earth will inform you of the outcome, which may involve:

  • Repair
  • Credit
  • Replacement
  • Denial of the claim

While we endeavour to facilitate a smooth process, we kindly ask for your patience as the timeframe for resolution can vary depending on the product type and supplier involved.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation throughout this process.
