We have implemented strict cleaning and hygiene practices, as the health and safety of our customers and team is paramount. At our shop, we have taken extra steps to clean and sanitise all touchpoints. For online order packing and processing, we have applied the highest health and hygiene practices, so your parcel is sent clean and healthy. Furthermore, we have instructed our sales team to prioritize ‘social distancing’ by only conducting electronic purchases so as to avoid non-essential touching.

Our online store still remains available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We know this is an uncertain time for you, but we want to reassure you. Our team are all working hard to ensure we keep giving you the service you know and love. Our fulfillment team is making every effort to ensure deliveries are not affected. Our warehouse has applied rigorous health and hygiene practices to ensure your parcel is dispatched clean and healthy, so you can order your gear with peace of mind.
Australia Post has reassured us that their services remain “fully operational across Australia” during this crisis. Though, with the recent border-closures shipments may experience delays, thus we recommend express shipping at this time.

During these uncertain times we are committed to ensuring we maintain our product stock-levels to the best of our abilities. We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure we can meet demand. Our online-store automatically displays the current stock-levels (In/Out) of our entire range - to provide the customer with the information they need before a purchase.
