Shipping Disclaimer:
Same day dispatch is available for WExpress Shipping orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days. Orders placed on weekends will be packed the following Monday for afternoon dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. International shipping rates also vary by weight and delivery location. Click & Collect orders are ready ASAP, but may take up to 3 business days if stock isn't at your selected store.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

WExpress:

WExpress is the fastest service available and it is operated by Startrack to almost anywhere Australia-wide. Orders that are placed before 2pm AEST on business days are eligible for next day delivery on business days. To see if your address is eligible for next day delivery, please click here. To calculate transit time, insert our post code: 4220, and select the Premium Service.

WExpress is not available for next day delivery for some remote locations, however, WExpress service is the fastest shipping method available. WExpress is not available to ship bulky items or to PO boxes. For optimal service, we advise utilizing WExpress solely for shipments to residential addresses. Given that delivery personnel have Authority to Leave and may leave packages unattended, we caution against sending these to locations like hospitals, hotels, or marina docks where your package could be accessed by individuals other than yourself.

Australia Post Express:

Australia Post Express service delivers to most major cities and metro areas within 1 business day and up to 3 business days for remote locations. Australia Post Express delivers to all addresses including PO boxes. Australia Post services are certified carbon neutral with all deliveries.

Regular Shipping:

Regular shipping services for most orders are operated by either Couriers Please, Aramex or Australia Post, depending on the delivery address. If the order is a bulky item, the order will be shipped with Startrack. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 2-8 business days.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available on orders over $79 within Australia. Free shipping is not available on International Orders. Free shipping services for most orders are operated by either Couriers Please, Aramex or Australia Post, depending on the delivery address. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days.

Bulky and Extra Bulky Items:

Bulky and Extra Bulky items are shipped with Regular Shipping via Startrack or available for pick up with Click and Collect. Bulky and Extra Bulky items can include swags, kayaks, large tents, crash mats, and more. Bulky and Extra Bulky items are unable to be shipped to PO Boxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout due to the size and weight of the items.

Click and Collect:

Wild Earth offers a free Click and Collect service. Whilst we endeavour for your order to be ready for collection ASAP, it may take up to 3 business days if stock is not available in your selected store.

Click and Collect is available Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm, and Sunday, 10am - 4pm at the following locations:

Please ensure you collect your order within 2 weeks of notification. Uncollected orders may be subject to cancellation.

The Click and Collect shipping option will appear when you enter your details and add an address.

International Shipping:

International delivery couriers may vary depending on the destination. Not all items can be shipped internationally due to shipping restrictions. Shipping times do not include import processing times. International orders are subject to Import/Duty Tax and it is the responsibility of the customer to investigate the local customs costs prior to purchasing. Wild Earth is not responsible for Import/Duty Taxes.

Please note Wild Earth does not engage directly with domestic courier services. After the item has been transferred from the Australian Courier, any inquiries regarding misdelivery or delays should be directed to the respective courier service provider.

 

Important Shipping Information

  • Shipping costs are calculated using your shipping address in the Checkout.
  • Tracking information is provided with all orders once dispatched.
  • All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
  • Due to multiple warehouse locations, items in your order may be shipped separately.
  • All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe location on the premises. If the courier does not deem the location to be safe, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest collection depot. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel from the depot.
  • Bulky and Extra Bulky items are unable to be shipped to PO boxes.
  • We are unable to ship potentially flammable items (including gas canisters and aerosol sprays) via air freight. These items are available to purchase in-store or via Regular Shipping or Free Shipping services.
  • Delivery ETAs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wild Earth is not responsible for delays in transit.
  • Wild Earth will not accept liability for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders, or orders destroyed by pets.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate delivery addresses during checkout. Wild Earth is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • International orders are subject to Import/Duty Tax and it is the responsibility of the customer to investigate the local customs costs prior to purchasing. Wild Earth is not responsible for Import/Duty Taxes.

 

Sustainability Information

At Wild Earth, we are committed to limiting our impact on our natural environment and this includes our shipping and packaging options. That's why all shipping is carbon offset and all orders are shipped in one of the following packaging's:

  • Cardboard boxes made of between 30% - 100% recycled materials.
  • Enviro 80 satchels which are made up of 80% recycled materials and meet the Global Recycle Standard to minimise the impact on our environment.
  • Wrap packaging which contains less plastic than most poly satchels.
